Rural Landscape
In 2017 we started this holiday farm, after the conservative restoration of an old family rural house and its outbuildings. We have respected the traditional interiors of local houses by decorating the rooms with artefacts from Vietri ceramics, the oldest and most renowned ceramics in Italy.
At Sopra il Limoneto we have 5 spacious, bright and colourful rooms, furnished with family antiques, a large panoramic outdoor area with swimming pool and a dining room. Our cuisine is traditional, made with farm and local quality products.
Along with lemons, silence and a sense of hospitality are cultivated in our holiday farm.
The surrounding landscape and panoramas are the same that over time have inspired writers and artists who have lived and worked between Vietri sul Mare, Raito and Cetara,
on the first stretch of the world’s most beautiful coastline, crossing their lives and creative experience with the places and people of the area.

Lemon Tour
This guided tour will show you different steps of the traditional
lemon farming like bending, tying and pruning trees as well as
harvesting citrus fruits. You will also attend the spreading-out of the typical shade meshes that protect the lemon trees from high wind and heavy rains. For this tour, Sopra il Limoneto has arranged the tasting of local products as well as of dishes especially made by our lady cook. In the last part of the tour, you will like to try your hand at the Sfusato d’Amalfi, attending culinary lessons focussing on transforming and cooking this delicious fruit. A Lemon Tour is a unique experience, which will make your stay in Cetara an unforgettable one.
